Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan unveiled the Sreenarayanaguru Open University logo by handing it to Pro-Chancellor and Minister of Higher Education R Bindu. On Thursday, the release was held in the Assembly building in the presence of Finance Minister K N Balagopal and Kollam MLA M.Mukesh.
The Guru’s words ‘Be free with knowledge’ are inscribed on the front of a symbolic sketch of Sreenarayanaguru set amid lotus petals, the symbol of wisdom, with a book held aloft in the trunk of an elephant.
